SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to ship
all orders within 3 business days of receiving them. Shipping is via UPS to insure the ability to
trace packages. Delivery time is
anywhere from 4 to 8 business days of the receipt of your order, depending on
where you live. You can request
Expedited Delivery, which is UPS 2nd Day Air. Expedited orders will be delivered between 3
and 5 days from the date of your order.
We do not offer overnight shipping.
Shipping and
Handling charge is $8.95 for ground delivery and $24.95 for expedited delivery,
no matter how many items are ordered.
RETURN POLICY
If you are
unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply return it to us for exchange
or refund. Please include a copy of your original order with a note indicating
your preference (refund or exchange).
If you prefer a
refund, we will refund your original credit card for the cost of the items
only. Shipping charges are not refundable, unless we shipped an incorrect or
defective item. We will provide a UPS
return label for you to use when returning your order.
ORDER STATUS
We will advise
you of the tracking information for your order within 24 hours of it being
shipped. You can track the progress of
your shipment on www.ups.com,
using the tracking number we provide.
PLACING A “MAKE
YOUR OWN” ORDER
We offer hundreds
of pattern options for our belts, bags and accessories under the “Make Your
Own” section. Follow these steps to
place a “Make Your Own” order:
1. View
all available patterns under our Visiontree® Pattern Catalog on the Home Page; 2. Make
a note of the pattern number(s) you are interested in ordering; 3. Go
back to the Home Page and select the item you wish to purchase under the Make
Your Own category; 4. Enter
the pattern number on the item page before adding the item to your cart.
